1: Send us your search criteria by filling out our form.

2: We will start our communication by mail or phone concerning your whishes.

3: We will send you as soon as possible a small selection of properties.(by mail, pictures and descriptions)

4: You communicate your opinion.

5: With this information we will send you a more accurate selection.

6: We agree on properties to be visited and arrange visits.

7:You'll plan to come over and together we wil visit this selection.

8: Once you have chosen the property you wish to purchase, we start the negociation of price with the owner.

9: Once agreed on the price, an agreement to purchase (compromis de vente) is to be signed by the two parties.

10: All paperwork will be send to a solicitor chosen by you and/or the vendor.

11: In general it takes 2 to3 months to sign the definitif legal contract.

12: Once you are the owner of your new property we can help you with formalities of water/electricity/telephone
